Lights, Camera, Action!

And so begins my quest for a new camera. I have searched high and low (on Amazon) and requested the expert opinions of my most trusted photography advisors. I have enlisted Garrett, Mia, John and Doug.

The last straw was Tuesday’s Pavement show at Stubb’s. Eric purchased us tickets month ago and he was thrilled to go (as was I). I wanted to take photos so that we could remember the show, but this was the best my camera could do:

Yikes.

Any recommendations on cameras would be much appreciated. I need something that can take photos in low light without being blurry or needing to use the built-in flash (which leaves everyone washed out).
