MedMob Austin
Earlier today Megan and I went to the MedMob gathering at the capital building here in Austin. MedMob is a gathering of people meditating in a public space and sending positive energy out into the world! MedMob begins with an hour of meditation and concludes with about 10 minutes of chanting “om” in what is known as a sound bath.
